All of our tutors have either completed, or are near completing undergraduate degrees in a math or science discipline (math, chemistry, physics, biology, engineering, education, etc), and have extensive experience tutoring and / or mentoring high school students. All of our tutors are passionate about working with students, and love to create a fun and engaging environment for our students.
We ask that all new students schedule their first appointment at the Tutoring Centre so that we can be ready to take you through the registration process. However, once a student is registered, there is no need to make any additional appointments. They can simply drop-in during our regular hours whenever they need help.
During a session at the Tutoring Centre, a student is welcome to work on as many subjects as they like. In fact, many of our students prefer to move between their math and science subjects during a session, as they get more value out of the session, and get some variety in what they are working on.
There are no contracts, and no minimum spends.
Whether it’s for 1-on-1 tutoring or a drop-in session, students simply pay for their session at the end of the session, ether by e-transfer, or we can setup automated billing with a credit card. In both cases, no advanced payments / deposits are required.

For Final Exam Review Courses, payment is required at the time of registration in order to secure the students spot in the course. However, if the student needs to withdraw from the course for any reason before the course has started, a full refund will be provided.

Most of our students are high school students, however, we also work with university students taking first year math and science courses, as well as primary school students looking for support with math and science.
